Both Base and Accidental coverage of 1 ½ times an employee’s annual base salary is provided. Additional coverage can be purchased at group rates.

24 hours a day -7-days a week confidential access to professional counseling service to assist with a wide variety of personal or family concerns.

- Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO begins to accrue on the first day of employment and accrues based upon hours worked. PTO is to be used for vacation, appointments, short-term illnesses, emergencies or other needs that require time off from work.
- Paid Holidays
Employees will receive paid holiday time based on their FTE classification for seven holidays in a calendar year.
- Bereavement Leave
Paid time off will be provided to support an employee attending the memorial of a family member.
- Specialty Training Reimbursement
Financial Reimbursement is available for employees who obtain Hospice & Palliative Care Certification.

Pay protection program which supports an employee’s ability to fulfill their civic responsibility to serve on jury duty.
