Hospice Offers Training Focused on Meeting Needs of Veterans
All interested parties are invited to participate in the training program “Improving Care for Veterans Facing Illness and Death” offered by the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. This 3 hour training is part of the Hospice Foundation of America’s 20th Annual “Living with Grief” Series designed to assist end-of-life care provider organizations and health and human service professionals in responding to the needs of dying Veterans and their families. Participants can choose one of the following sessions to attend:
~ Thursday, September 12, 2013: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
~ Tuesday, September 17, 2013: 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The program fee of $10 is payable at the door, with training held at the Richardson Community Hospice, W2850 State Road 28, Sheboygan Falls (see website for directions – www.ssrhospicehome.org).
Attendees will also have options to purchase a CE Certificate for 3 hours of continuing education through HFA for an additional fee of $35 through HFA’s on-line system – more details will be provided at the training.
