Hospice Center Amenities

Set on 10 acres of farm land, this beautiful rural setting on Hwy 28 West outside of Sheboygan Falls provides a nature’s nest for the Hospice Center – lighting up the countryside, but not too far from the city. The building’s Frank Lloyd Wright type design is highlighted with warm color tones and wood accents throughout. Patient and family choice is key and includes an individualized schedule developed just for you, supporting the quality of every moment you are with us! Here are some highlights:
alt

  • The schedule for daily living: meals, bath care, sleep and other activities are decided by the patient.
  • Care is provided in a home-like setting as possible. The Center is designed to bring nature inside through natural light, large windows in the rooms, and the Nature Channel on the television.
  • An acute level of care is provided; including all equipment needed. Patient will not have to transfer to a hospital.
  • Visits from family and friends may occur at any time of the day or night; overnight stays are welcomed.
  • A whirlpool tub with a lift to accommodate patient needs is available with warm blankets for ultimate comfort.
  • Hair dressing services can be arranged, as needed.
  • “Light touch” massage and pet visits are available on request.

We take pride in offering the following features in every suite:

  • Patient beds are uniquely designed to promote comfort and allow mobility.
  • Private bathroom with shower and all the latest safety features.
  • Built-in desk and storage areas.
  • Private patio doors open extra-wide to allow the patient’s bed to be moved outside.
  • Electronic equipment (cable television, CD player) and telephone service.
  • Security systems on all doors for your protection.
  • Accessible pathways with gardens surrounding the facility lined with benches, featuring a Gazebo and Pond.

Additional accommodations are available for your family and guests:
