Consider the Conversation

Free Film Preview and Discussion

Motivated by their personal experiences with loss, two long-time friends
—one a hospice worker from Waukesha and the other a 4th grade teacher from Oconomowoc—have produced a powerful and inspiring documentary film that examines how 21st century Americans live at the end of their lives. Consider the Conversation reminds us that thinking and talking about life’s final chapter well in advance can help prevent unnecessary physical, emotional, spiritual and social suffering.

We, at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, believe everyone (medical professionals as well as the community at large) may benefit from the opportunity to experience the message conveyed through this powerful documentary and by enjoying a follow-up dialogue.  Staff will be available to answer questions after the film.  Advanced Directives will also be available.

As a service to the community, with permission from the producers, we invite you to view the film.
